For properties preparing for sale, returning after a period of absence, reopening for the season, following renovation, or simply needing to be brought back to the right standard.
We assess the property as a whole and deal with the details, defects and small works that are easy to overlook until everything feels right again.

Detailed cleaning: reaching areas standard services overlook (carried out as part of Reset, not offered as a standalone service)
Surface recovery: limescale, grease, residue, staining,
Minor defect correction: fixtures, fittings, doors, windows,
Repair and restoration: surfaces, floors, tiles, furniture,
Carpentry and small fixes are handled during one visit,
Lighting and appliance checks and corrections,
Object alignment and visual finishing,
Before and after photo report on completion.

CARE
Ongoing property management for owners who aren't always here.
For international and absentee homeowners who want a trusted local presence looking after their property year-round. You don't need to be here and you don't need to coordinate what needs to be done.
Care keeps your property in good condition, ready for your return and looked after while you're away. We visit regularly, monitor its condition, deal with minor issues, coordinate trusted specialists when needed, and keep you informed with clear photographic reports.
What's included:
Scheduled inspections — monthly or bi-monthly, calibrated to season and usage,
Full condition checks — interior, exterior, humidity, wear, security,
Minor repairs and corrections handled during the visit,
Coordination of trusted trades when work falls outside our scope,
Emergency response within agreed hours,
Structured photo condition report after every visit,
Priority access to Reset when more substantial work is needed.
